Labels

You can categorize and filter Tasks in InkThink with Labels. Labels are a powerful way to visualize and organize tasks.

To set a label on a task just click the label placeholder for a task in the top-right - either in the task list, or when you add a task.

Label Button

The label popup shows and contains initially a set of labels we pre-populate for you.  You can add and delete labels, but there are 3 system labels that can't be removed since we use them for various features in the app: High Priority, Milestone and Habit.

To select a label just tap it, and it will have a border around it.  You can select more than one label for a task.

Likewise, to unselect a Label, just tap on it and the border removes.

You can also add a new Label and set your color. To delete a label just click the delete icon.

As you set the labels on tasks the order of the labels shown adjusts so the most used ones show at the top!

When you create a new label it will also create a corresponding Notebook with that name.  That way you can make notes for project with that label, and they will show in the project view (Priority Matrix view).
